Kitlytics is an AI-powered email marketing platform for Kit users. Our Service includes:

• Analytics Dashboard: Real-time insights on revenue, sales, and subscribers
• AI Campaign Generator: Create email campaigns in 60 seconds using proven frameworks
• Email Sequences: Build 3/5/7-email drip campaigns automatically
• Performance Predictions: Personalized estimates based on YOUR historical data
• One-Click Deployment: Push campaigns directly to your Kit account

To use Kitlytics, you must:

• ✓ Have an active Kit (ConvertKit) account
• ✓ Connect via OAuth authentication
• ✓ Provide accurate account information
• ✓ Maintain security of your credentials
• ✓ Be at least 18 years old

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Billing Terms

• • Subscriptions billed in advance (monthly or annually)
• • Payment processed through Stripe
• • Auto-renewal unless canceled
• • No refunds for partial periods

Cancellation Policy

• ✓ Cancel anytime (retains access until billing period ends)
• ✓ No fees for cancellation
• ✓ Data retained for 30 days after cancellation
